means you are burning Fat from your body and from your diet resulting in Ketones for Fuel. Entering Ketosis however, is not the goal, giving your body the conditions for entering Ketosis is.
Controlled Workout (Intensity):
means you are exercising efficiently, minimizing the number of reps required to sculpt your figure. We perform just enough exercise to stimulate muscle growth/density, we also avoid over-training.
Results:
Women - A healthier, leaner, stronger and toned physique.
Men - A healthier, leaner, stronger and muscular physique.

We accomplish all this by following the
80/20 Rule:

80% Proper Nutrition (minimum plant matter, maximize meat/fat)
20% Proper Exercise (doing minimum reps to failure)
