   means operating on mostly (stored or consumed) Fat resulting in more Ketones for Fuel. Entering Ketosis however, is not the goal, setting up the conditions for entering Ketosis is.    
    Controlled Workout (Intensity): 
   means exercising efficiently, minimizing the volume of exercise required for results.  We execute just enough exercise to stimulate muscle growth/density, which also avoids over-training and injuries.  
Results:
Women - A healthier, leaner, stronger toned physique. 
Men - A healthier, leaner, stronger muscular physique.
