4 BLOOD  TESTS 
STRONGLY RECOMMENDED 
     These Tests will give us the current status of your metabolism and provide a base line for comparing progress.
1: Fasting Insulin   
    For a picture of your body's metabolism (current Insulin sensitivity).                
2: Comprehensive Fasting Metabolic Panel 
     Measures 14 components: blood sugar (glucose), calcium, total protein, liver enzymes, bilirubin, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, albumin, carbon dioxide, and key electrolytes
3: Hemoglobin A1c 
     Measures your average blood sugar levels over the past 3 months.         
4: Lipid Panel/Cholesterol 
     measures the levels of various fats (lipids) in the blood.
